What is the value of pictures to you? Name any other product or service out there that increases in value every year until it literally becomes priceless to you and future generations.

I have families and individuals tell me so often that they haven’t had professional portraits in years - some families have never had them. All the exciting moments of childhoods are now captured on iPhones and chronicled on social media and the concept of portraits has changed. You are being led to think that you can get the same quality “portraits” on your phone. I have a little secret for you. It’s not the same at all, and sadly, most people rarely print photos any more. Many of them do not even back up their photos anywhere. What will happen to your memories if your social media apps become obsolete?

I spent years putting together a senior slideshow at our school each year, and I thought about this each time I heard students tell me that their families didn’t have any photos of them to scan but that they have pictures on their phones and they ask if that will work. As we are thinking about newborns, families, seniors, and weddings, we are thinking about the most important moments in our entire lives. What is the value of having a photograph that really captures those moments? What is the value of having a large canvas on your wall that you walk past every day and feel the joy from that moment in time?

some basics that you’ll want to know…

I’m a Mississippi based photographer, but don’t dwell on that. My images have been nationally published, and I was named one of the Top 200 High School Senior Photographers Worldwide by Senior Year Magazine. Yeah, I said WORLD. Pretty cool, huh?

You can take iPhone pictures to share on Facebook, but a portrait session will give you high quality images you can be proud to show off for the rest of your life.

All of my images are professionally edited. I will remove minor imperfections and work some magic on each one you receive so that your images STAND OUT. These will NOT be straight out of the camera images. I will work with each image one by one to make sure they are PERFECT for you. My turnaround time is quick - usually less than a week for portraits and you even have the option to choose a package that will get you your FULL WEDDING gallery in a week! - so you will have your photos to share in no time. I offer fantastic print products, but I also offer you the opportunity to download your digitals and print somewhere else if you prefer.
